About Tough Tubes
Tough Tubes are manufactured with the finest and most durable materials avaliable. Our tops are meticulously sewn in 1000 denier Dupont Cordura. This material has shown no signs of wear after thousands of in service runs. The molded bottom is produced with high molecular weight polyethylene. This thermoplastic material exhibits the best cold resistance and impact strength available.
Special inks allow the printing of logos that will not wear off. Tough Tube bottoms have been designed to slide in all snow conditions. No need to worry about rising temperatures and sticky snow conditions.
This can mean more operating days in your season. You can expect these covers to last for many seasons. In fact we have customers with over 4 seasons of use on their tubes.
At approximately 40" diameter with an 18" centre hole, the tubes a very comfortable for both adults and smaller children. The Cordura tops are available in many colours, allowing resort operators to maintain corporate colour schemes.
Special inks allow the printing of logos and graphics as well as sequential numbers. Tow lines, rings and inner tubes are also available to meet all your tubing requirements.
References are available upon request. If your run out is not long enough, our slower textured bottoms or deceleration mats, can help control the speed of the tubes as conditions change.
